race resume samples?

hi all-

i'm trying to put together a race resume for some minor support. having no idea what something like this should look like, if anybody has a sample or something online that i can take a look at that would be super helpful. or just email me a sample to mike at gravityplanet dot com. also, i have no idea really how to approach possible vendors and what they are looking for, so any sage advise anybody has would be much appreciated.
