Logo Conecpts: Opinions Needed

I have some new logo concepts for my company, and Id like some opinions from the board to help me decide which one to finalize. Keep in mind these are concepts, so things like color, font, layout etc can (and most likely will) be changed before finalized. So basically, pick the concept you like best, even if you would change the color or font, etc. So, Ive narrowed it down to my favorite 10, feel free to vote or post comments.

Care to cast a vote? Im leaning towards #2 with some serious color changes, and excluding the multiple parallelogram on the top right, or # 8, without the shadow and swirls, and more compact.

I go with 2 - its the most balanced. It's also one of the few that doesn't have that round thingy in it - what is that?

I like #2 with some color changes and the removal of the parallelogram like you mentioned. The mostly horizontal layout will make it work nicely on both business cards as well as letter head.
