Hi all,

11/11 update...the day is FULL and I've started the alternates list

A quick FYI regarding the Trackday Benefit on 11/17. In the interest of keeping the track loading sane there is a limit to the number of participants that will be allowed. The day is going to be capped at 90 participants. We already have over 60 and I would hate to have someone drive all they way down there and get turned away because it was full.

I've pulled the names of attendees from the other thread on here and added them to the list I'm keeping on the CSC site (you can find that here http://www.cosportbikeclub.org/forums/showthread.php?t=17844 )

If you're name isn't on that list and you are planning on coming please leave a post in this thread so that I can add your name. You can also pre-pay for the day by bank transfer or CC at this link. Cost is $100 for a full day. You will also be entered in a drawing for free practice for the season at Pueblo and some other great door prizes we are starting to collect.

Let me know if you have any questions

Thanks

Scott

We are doing sessions; we certainly aren't letting 90 people at a time out there. Even with sessions however, we must cap it somewhere in the interest of safety.

Please remember that pre-paid participants are guaranteed their x of 90 space, so we do recommend you do that if you can.

This will be a fully staffed day, meaning corner crew, ambulance, flags, etc. We will run sessions, break for lunch, and keep things on schedule as much as possible.

Everyone needs to be present at the 9am riders meeting to understand how the day will work! You will be able to get in at 8am. If you are pulling up close to 9, please just park and come over - you will have time after the meeting to pull your bike out of the trailer.

OK...changing my wording slightly here. We have more people signed up than we are going to be able to accomodate. The first 90 people to pay have a reserved spot on that day.

By the way guys - Prepayment will cease to be an option about mid-day on Friday, so git 'r done before that.

If you pay, give it a little time to show up on the list. I get the email notification, which I then forward to Scott, so there is some lag between sending it and seeing your name with the pretty 'x' next to it.

Low is forecast for 33, not even getting to freezing. It would have to get a lot colder before you need to worry. If the bike is in an enclosed trailer it could even survive colder temps. You can start the bike before bed and let it warm up, the residual heat should guarantee it wouldn't freeze.

Just a reminder:

76 people have paid for a spot on the track on Saturday. The first 90 to pay get a spot, so if you haven't paid yet please get to the link (in a post above) and get yourself covered. I would hate to have anyone make the trip down there and be turned away because we were full.

The link above is available until about noon tomorrow, and then will be shut down.

Looking forward to seeing all of you there

Scott
