Ive checked into that when I wanted to sell my last house.... Its pretty much a scam.. They buy your house only if they can sell it, and if not, you still are responcible..... U think your out from under your house, then in 8 weeks when it wont sell, they say.. Oh by the way you still own this house.. :roll:
