Member Questions:

Question of what configurations of HPR would be racing?

Unsure. No Hastings Nebraska. Pueblos participation was the lowest so far, which is why HPR is visited more frequently.

Question if the two rounds in pueblo are back to back.

Answer is yes they are, but they are two weeks apart.

Question of what track days are open.

There were some options given and offers of Facebook groups.

Tiffany asked what the account was being worked on with the Dunlop.

The response was Quickbooks isn’t fixed but it will be tomorrow. Tiffany asked “For Dunlop specifically what is the holdup?”. Noel replied they are not responding and hope to respond soon.

Member brought the concern of not enforcing times for qualifying. They have the concern that there are people in the wrong races.

Chris Nami replied that people in faster sessions become frustrated, however some riders have the option based on their race times not practice times to ride in the session. Riders should self govern and decide which class fits their needs. Katie explained the sessions of the race weekend. She said to come up to pregrid and although your tech sticker doesn’t match, just explain the situation and they will allow it in the first three sessions.

Member said that sometimes open lapping days gets difficult.

Santiago said it takes little time.

Chris took a moment to ask what the purpose of wiping it down is - It is to reveal issues.

A member mentioned a track day he noticed that there were a large number of riders in the track day, the question was proposed as how we can recruit them.

Dennis S. asked “how many fliers did you offer to them?”

Members expressed interest in the time and location of the meeting, they seemed frustrated by lack of information on time and duration of the meeting.

What do we do with our novice cards?

Response- Take a photo and turn it into Terri
