Status Updates:
Chris:
Looked at other venues, but could not find anything that was relatively cheap. Everything else was more expensive
Plan your parking situation - there are limited spaces and parking is a nightmare
To keep everything nice and since the venue was great last year, went again this year.
Bob:
Tickets for the Banquet available online - get your tickets now so the caterer can get a headcount (or, claim any tickets if you are sponsored)
Doors open at 5:00pm, dinner will be served at 6:00pm
Tiffany:
Credits on MSR account can be used for the Banquet. The credits expire at the end of the year; the only way to claim those will be either through Zelle or Paypal.
They can also be donated, however, it needs to be written down that the credits would liked to be donated to the Safety Fund
Jared:
Nothing!
Jeff:
Show up even if you aren’t receiving a plaque. Support your competitors and your club
John:
Trying to get some of the safety equipment fixed - the ATV was unable to be repaired by Fay Myers, so we are currently looking for another place that can fix the ATV
Two dirtbikes needed maintenance, one has been completely repaired, the other is in the process of being repaired
Connex is being removed from HPR due to the zoning requirements in that specific county. Might be moving the Connex to Pueblo to store Air Fence there
Even if the Connex doesn’t need to be moved, it would still be beneficial to store some Air Fence sections down South since that is where we need it most
Dennis:
Start getting your bikes prepped now over the off-season.
Working on some things with the itinerary
Thank you for attending the rule change meeting
Getting everything to do with planning squared away
Blair:
Getting awards arranged for the banquet, do not have much else going on.
Erik:
Still processing Banquet video, if you have any last minute pictures or videos, upload them to the Google Drive and let Erik know
Dennis is working on the Program slides for everything for the Banquet
If you are a class Champion and you want a certain picture for your slide, let Erik or Dennis know so this can be relayed.
Colorado Motorcycle Expo will be happening in January next year, we need volunteers
The motorcycle trainer will be there again, was super fun last year
It is super good for getting the Club out there, come join that way you can do a great service for the club
Printed schedules and posters to put around the state to get the word out around Colorado
Take a poster to your favorite places and ask if you can hang it up! Both for racing and for any spectators
Member Questions:

Thank you to outgoing Board Members, Board Meetings were long, but everyone did a great job making the race weekends better for the membership (including Nate even though he is not currently on the Board)
There was a 5-6% growth in the Club, which is not super huge, but it is still a great accomplishment
Let’s see if we can get 15-16% next year! Let’s increase the value of racing with the MRA
