Motion To Approve the Meeting Minutes from October General Meeting (October 13th, 2021)

Status Updates:
Chris Nami:
-2nd school will be held July 9th. Will be our race school and a track day with HPR. Great for people who can not attend the first school this will give them a second chance to attend the school!
-Contracts are getting signed for our 2022 season schedule.
-Season schedule has been released and is on website. (Need more facebook and email blasts
-Discussing a different format for the 4 hour endurance race.
-In talk with Utah more about the intermountain event but has not been worked out yet.

-Tickets still on Sale for Banquet
- Tickets registration closes the 15th of November.
-Tickets will be available at the door for $55 but does not include dinner.
-Need 2 volunteers to work the door
-IF your needing extra tickets please contact me! You can not add more tickets on MSR I have to do it.
- Doors open at 5:00pm at the Field House
-Any Questions please let me know!

When will race licenses be available to purchase? And will there be a list of current racers to select a new number if we want to switch to a new number(so we know what numbers are available)?
Answer: We do not have a date on when Membership will open up but will get that information to you soon. As far as wondering what numbers are available you can reach out to the secretary to check on number availability.
