Track inspection went good turn 7 fix pretty happy with relationship with PPIR.
Most racing was clean
Communication with the membership and moral of the membership seems to be going well. Been getting a lot of good feedback from the members,
Consistency seems to be getting better
We got a lot of help with the air fence this round so we thank those of you who helped out with that. Thank you to everyone who volunteered
Low attendance have a list of things to present to the board to start implementing things to help grow this club back to its form of glory!
Working on safty issues such as red flags, corner worker training, working on different solutions to increase the safety of the membership. We want to keep improving as much as possible.

Contigency for round 5 has been submitted
Registration for round 6 will be open on Friday 8/13/21
Brittany:
-Novice hours-Make sure that you are getting your hours recorded. Double check with the BOD Member that you have worked with are reporting those hours to me. Getton
-Points for round 5 have been posted online (Speedhive)
- 4 Hour Endurance points have been posted
Tiffany:
Corner Worker appreciation we need donations cash, gift cards, tires, Marshal to get a wish list from the corner workers
PNL Round 5 $-4,100 does not include credits from last round or credits issued this round.
ROR only had 14 participants so MRA did not contribute to the payout.
ROR Payments were sent this afternoon via paypal and Venmo so check your account

Mostly expierenced corner workers show up but one
Turn 4 session A had an inenxperienced corner worker during the red flag and they were moved to a different corner.
Will be working on improving training
Air Fence repairs have been done
Next round is North Coarse
Need to get Brittany the list of people who helped with Air Fence.

PA at PPIR was not great. The two receivers in the basement was interfering with ours and apologize for the problems.
Open Ceremony trumpet player (Mark Stallins) will be returning to the last two rounds
Forums have fallen into disarray and we are looking into other outlets and transfer everything over if we do so.

Round 7 corner worker appreciation coming up Josh will be handling the volunteers, food, and everything else.

-Races every 3 weeks has been tough can we work on the scheduling for next season?
(Chris is working on the next season schedule and it also depends on track availability. Would like to get us racing once a month but just depends.) Will keep everyone posted.
-MRA and Legion of Speed--can we try to not schedule races on LOS Events?
(Depends on the track availability but will look into it and try to do our best)
-Any talk about what the off season looks like for this club? Any talks about 2022? Is there an opportunity to get material to promote the club and grow the club? Something to get more out of towners to come race with us? (We will most definitely look at getting something put together for those who would like to promote the club and come up with more ideas for the members.
First time member of the club – says he feels that we are doing a great job…as far as his participation it isn’t based on what the club/BOD are doing it is mainly just a personal, I may or may not have the time or the money to attend every round.
