Round 5 Metropolitan Challenge except with a nicer prize

Here we go again. Another round and another Metropolitan Challenge. I'm offering up a nicer than usual bottle of whiskey/bourbon (because I like PPIR) to the first finisher of the pit bike race who is on a stock Honda Metropolitan or very similar stock step scooter with a 50cc four stroke motor. If the winner is under 21 the bottle will go to the parent/guardian.
