Welcome to the April MRA meeting
Big crowd tonight
We did sign the boardroom as a class sponsor they are now the sponsor for MWSS
Show your support even outside of MRA events. The Boardroom is open 7 days a week
The Board got new shirts Defy graphics printed them
Defy graphics is one of the sponsor for Prodution cup
They are also making all the trophies for production cup
MRA Tshirts
We have our MRA t-shirts here tonight
They have the 45th season logo on it
Season Programs
Programs are available tonight
Huge Thank you to Ricky & Racing publications for all your hard work
Thank you to all the sponsors & everyone who put Thank you ads in there.
Last night we tried to open registration & racewurx went down
We raised hell to get it back open. Hopefully it stays up
We have started looking at replacing racewurx
There are not many options
We need something with a more reliable support system than what we have now
We have heard your frustration & we defiantly understand
Racewurx is a 3rd party vendor we have had it for a number of years now.
MotoReg-The one thing that motoreg doesn’t have is grids
Pre entry for round 1 will close April 30th at midnight
PPIR is our 1st round of the season its coming up in about 2 ½ weeks
We will be sending the announcement about What you need to know for round 1
Friday trackday at PPIR
Pricing is about the same $150
Will have MRA staff out there working
We will need to deploy air fence on Thursday night if you are there we could really use the help
PPIR Replaced the timing loop, we are hoping we can get down there to test
There’s only 2 clubs that use PPIR timing loop RMVR & MRA
RMVR is going out there before us so they will be the first ones to know if it doesn’t work
We will send out the need to know Wednesday May 3rd
Power hook ups probably the same $100 per spot based on 1st come 1st serve
Walls are in the same spot as last year we are going to deploy every section of air fence
We have reached out to Road racing world action fund for more air fence but unsure if they will send us any
The Bleachers are still there
Every year we do the schedule we talked about if we want to go back to PPIR
There’s a Moto America event in Utah the same round as our Round 4 in July at Pueblo
They moved it after our schedule was already released
Ricky Orlando was inducted into the motorsports hall of fame. Congratulations Ricky
MRA was inducted 5-6 years ago

Wait list for the race school is at 23 people
We have had a few people drop cause of the weather
The weather is looking betterish
Licenses were mailed out you should be getting them any day now
Rulebook, sponsor sheet, 2 for 1 tickets, chicken hawk & Licenses

Got around to doing inventory on everything we have a lot of stuff
Have updated all the forms
We have a good handful of stuff that we couldn’t exactly use so I have listed some stuff on craigslist. Money will go to the safety fund
If you are going to have numbers designed check with me first
Novices Yellow background black numbers
Experts White background & black numbers
It’s important to be able to read the numbers for several reasons, scoring, safety, medical etc.
Helmet needs to have your rider number on it as well, along the Chin line on both side
If you need to do your novice hours talk to brett about Friday night tech. its filled up for round 1 alreadybut could use help at every round

Novice Hours
Every Novice is required to do 4 hrs of service
You can earn your Hours in several ways
1.) Attending general meetings 30min per meeting for up to 2 hours the other 2 hours must be done doing something else.
2.) Friday night Tech- Contact Brett Leveque
3.) Air Fence set up or tear down at PPIR & Pueblo rounds- Contact Danny Lee
Unloading & loading MRA truck PPIR and Pueblo- Contact Danny Lee
Cornerworking- Contact Danny Lee
4.) Events & Open houses- Contact Cindy Wulf
5.)Setting up trophies- Contact Warren Cook

Race school is full….
Question What would it take to have a 2nd school?
We would need 50 or more paid people, we already take a loss at the raceschool
The school is still on we are talking about the weather
We have a waiting list if you want on it see Jeremy
Superstreet is the other way to go. If you take
Ricky Orlando can do licensing superstreets you are eligible for your license
Jeff can do 1 on 1’s those spots are limited
For superstreet don’t procrastinate pre register
Jeff can license a couple people up before round 1

1.) Next sat April 21st Jen & I are going to meet at Brighton Radiator to do a clean out of the MRA truck.
