New Business:

Mike Lukachy:

Quikcycles- putting up posts about if you’re looking for sponsorship resumes are due by Jan 20th
Also on Jan 20th having an event at quikcycles to talk about what does & what doesn’t work
Does dyno, motor builds etc…
how you can apply for sponsorship? Watch for posts online looking for
Bio, info about yourself, your bike, classes, experience, goals etc….

Dennis Stowers:

Michelin resumes are due by Feb 14th contact Dennis if you have questions

Glenn Conser (HPR GM):

The paving job went great need to do some diamond grinding on the seams but nothing to urgent
The new pavement has allowed us for more configuration options
The bump in 4s & 10 is gone
John McKown- What’s new with the lights?
Lights- The lights are now tethered to each individual light the corner worker in that turn controls that light.
The ipads are gone we can use as many local controls or we can do global control
There are global flags as well there would be 1 person in the office that could can throw a Red flag
This would reduce errors a CW could not trigger a red flag on accident
Example Shane in the main tower would be the only person that can throw a red flag
The controller is much easier to make it universal for anyone to operate.
You had to hire HPR staff to run the lights before that’s not the case anymore.

Unfinished Business:

Adjournment:
