noobs here - wondering if most folks camp out over night the Friday before the race. It seems sensible since things get moving so early Saturday morning. We are planning on doing this Friday March 31st also for the race school on April 1st, hopefully this wont be an issue.

Should I reserve a spot in the paddock through the HPR folks? If so, how early should reservations be made?

I'm hoping to do the same thing, but like you I don't have any idea if that's ok and such.

More than half of the racers camp out at the track. The only spots that you can reserve are with "Power" outlets, if they are not already taken.
