Welcome to the Sept General Meeting
Our Last Round is this weekend can’t believe the season is done.
HPR- Sept17th & 18th Full Course
Corner Worker Appreciation Saturday Night
Show your appreciation for those that work their butts off so you can race.
We will do it in the Pavilion Sat after the racers are done
Bring items to the Raceday office Jen & Laci will lock it up
Corner Worker Cash Bucket Sat Sept 17th all money gets divided up between them.
The MRA is going to have a BBQ sat night for member appreciation
Jim will be cooking…Will have it close to the pavilion
We are going to call it a pot luck if you want to bring anything you can
Brandon Fosbinder will donate a Keg
Thank you for a great season
HPR Lapping day Friday
Friday Night Tech & Office will be open about an Hour after the track goes cold
Race Monitor-
Not official grids or results
People are relying on that for qualifying grid & provisional rsults
Everyone needs to check their grids & results after posted
Go Online to HPR for RV & Carport rentals
Gates open tomorrow @ 7am for the Yamaha Championship Riding school
Gates for everyone else opens at 5PM Thursday
Rule change suggestions open Oct 1st
Banquet- Sat Night Nov12th 2016 @ 7pm
We will be serving food this year
We will announce ticket sales after the last round

Ø Contingency is all turned in. If you haven’t been paid send Aaron an email
Ø Contingency for last round is posted online. Be sure to turn your forms in by Sunday afternoon
Ø To early to tell about 2017 Contingency program but hopefully they will be the same.
Ø Will not be running for VP next season. Have had a great season thank you for everything.
Ø Aaron happy to teach & work with who ever becomes the new VP

Ø Truck blew a tire, Quad Transmission went out, Clutch for the Truck & new batteries for the MRA truck.

· To change thing to benefit your friends & fellow riders
· Want to do things to boost the membership of the club
· It takes a lot of motivation & determination to do these jobs
· It’s a lot of work but if you love it like so many of us do it’s worth it
· You need to have a passion & a desire to give back to the board
· If you’re trying to make money from the club good luck
