Ø We had some issues at both Pueblo & PPIR with the timing loop.
Ø It was picking up all the laps for some & 1-2 for others.
Ø PPIR has been that way since we have be there in 08’
Ø Pueblo was an issue that developed at Round 1. Rick Bickhard tested it looks like the far left side of the track has some damage to the loop.
Ø It’s probably been that way for years but never noticed, this was the 1st time racers have been able to use all of turn 10.
Ø We are going to tell Pueblo they need to test get it fixed.
Ø Big issue was the PA system, Sorry about the national Anthem Val!
Ø Now that we know what it is we will do our best to have a self sufficient PA/ FM System
Ø Speeding in the pits was an issues saw & spoke to several people about speeding. Please watch you speed we have spectators, kids & pets around.
Ø Contingency is being processed this week.
Ø Round 3 & 4 Hr Endurance
Ø Only entry is open Everyone needs to go preregister our numbers are low right now.
Ø There’s a link to the 4hr Endurance Rules Make sure to know them. The rules for the 4hr are different than the normal Endurance races.
Ø Everyone that participates in the 4hr needs to register for what class they or their team is running using their personal profile.
Ø Team Captains contact Jen Jen to have your Team Profile created.

Ø VP Rules & Tech: Brett Leveque-
Ø Loaner gear & suit program we don’t have very many things but Superstreet people have needed to use them, the program is working good.
Ø If you have gear & want to donate contact Brett.
Ø Going to try to get the inventory log posted on the forums.
Ø Didn’t have much of a chance to talk between R2 & R1
Ø The Pin for you Caliper need to be drilled.
Ø Think we contacted everyone who’s numbers were an issues reading. The girls at manual scoring are really good we need to make sure they can read the numbers.
Ø Numbers are also a Safety thing, Rick needs to be able to identify your rider numbers without having to get right next to you. Any Staff member should be able to read your numbers. The neon Outlines are a big problem.
Ø If we asked or ask you to change them Please get it done.
Ø We are going to have a discussion about the red back grounds.
Ø Numbers on your helmets both sides Jaw line

Ø Jim w-
Ø Rick is an awesome driver he saved the truck & trailer from ending up in the center ditch.
Ø We had to get the truck towed to GCR & have 2 new front tire put on. That was $almost $800. We have the paperwork for GCR Roadside assistance. We are going to sign up for it.
Ø AMA roadside towing said the MRA truck is a commercial vehicle, they wanted to charge us $400 for towing but after Jen gave them a piece of her mind it was half the price.
Ø We basically have to get the whole front driver side replaced. Dennie Burke is helping us get the parts & he’s doing the work on it. Dennie Burke with Brighton Radiator & Muffler is a MRA racer & is a great guy.
