Ø President: Jim Wilson-
Ø Welcome to the May General Meeting
Ø Thank you to the Walnut room for having us. We are a big group & they take care of us!
Ø If you purchased a 2016 MRA shirt or would like to purchase one come see Tony.
Ø Ricky Orlando has Programs here tonight.
Ø Hammer has some 2 for 1 tickets

Ø Pueblo Round 1-
Ø We canceled & rescheduled our Round 1 Pueblo
Ø The Board watching the forecast for a week before we made a decision.
Ø The board as a group decided to cancel & reschedule
Ø Weather was not exactly in our favor. It rained on Friday, Sat & Sun.
Ø We don’t ride in the rain at Pueblo. The front straight is tooo slick
Ø If you registerd & paid you should have a credit on your MRA racer profile.
Ø Huge thanks to the new Managers at Pueblo they helped us out with getting our event rescheduled.
Ø HPR is booked solid till the end of the season.
Ø We wanted to give everyone plenty of Notice once we decided to Cancel the weekend.
Ø In 2015 we attempted to run our 1st round of the season we had to Cancel on the Saturday of the event, no one got a refund. We didn’t want that to happen again.

Ø Round 1 Reschedule
Ø June 4th & 5th will be our Reschedule for Round 1. The Friday Trackday will be run by PMP with some possible assistance from Rick Grosse MRA Track Marshal. PMP doesn’t have a Crash Cart.
Ø They will have Friday night drags on June 3rd. The trackday will be from 8am- 3pm. PMP staff needs time to prep the track for Friday Night Drags.
Ø We can pit wherever we want, they won’t make us move.
Ø The Friday night drags are actually pretty cool
Ø Round 1 reschedule will stay Round 1 for contingency pourposes.
Ø If you registered & want to use your credit email Laci she will take care of it. Money.mra@gmail.com (Money.mra@gmail.com)
Ø We will have back to back weekends for the next 3 rounds.
Ø Registration for Round 1 Reschedule will open a couple days after Jen finalizes results from PPIR.
Ø Watch for Email blasts & Social media posts about registration.
Ø The Gary’s are great!! They have listened & were willing to work with us. If you see the Gary’s at PPIR or our Pueblo round say Thank you!!!

Ø PPIR Round 2
Ø PPIR Thursday gates are open till 10pm after 10pm someone would have to let you in. There’s sensor you trip to open gate after hours.
Ø Friday Morning Gates open at 7am
Ø Trackday 9a-5p Full $120 Half Day 1-5pm $100
Ø Garages in past years have been rented out by us but now PPIR is handling the garage rentals. Their cost is $200 for ½ a garage or $400 for the full garage!!
Ø RV hook ups are $50 per you pay at the gate.
Ø Short stop consessions will be there Friday-Sun
Ø Rick & Jim are going down this Sunday to look at the track conditions & the wall in T4.
Ø We will send the “What you need to know” email next week.

Ø Round 3 HPR & 4hr Endurance
Ø R3 @ HPR 4hr end in about 5 weeks
Ø Jen has the 4 Hr endurance entry form. If you’re running the 4hr you must fill out the entry form.

Ø Banquet:
Ø Banquet Cassleman’s is no more, we looked at a few locations. We decided to have it at Lamar St Center.
Ø Sat Nov 12th Lamar Street Center. We will have catered food, we are looking at options for catering. Laci is handling that. It is in Arvada close to some nice hotels.


Ø Vice-President: Aaron Fisk-
Ø Did everyone like the Credit tab? We added a new functionality to Racewurx, you can now see if you have credits & the amount of the credit.
Ø If you have a credit & would like to use it contact Laci she will provide an invoice

Ø PPIR-
Ø Round2 -101 entries currently
Ø If you have any questions about licensing, registration or payments please contact Laci, Jen or myself. We are a team so anyone of us could assist.

Ø VP Rules & Tech: Brett Leveque-
Ø Still doing the gear donation & inventory log
Ø Novice hours – Friday night tech Email Brett about helping.
Ø Check your bikes if you haven’t done so, a clean bike is a safe bike!

Ø Treasurer: Laci Lukachy-

Ø All credits from Round 1 are in Racewurx.

Ø Secretary: Jen Grosse-

Ø You get 30 min per general meeting but can only earn up to 2 hours by attending meetings. The 2 remaining hours must be done another way.

Ø New Rider Director: Jeff Brown-
Ø Don’t have much, if you haven’t rode at Pikes & would like help contact Brownie. He will show you lines or will get you hooked up with another experienced rider
Ø Does have students that need to makeup the Race school during the Friday Trackday.


Ø Track Marshal: Rick Grosse-
Ø PPIR Track Set Up-
Ø Planning to be at PPIR around 6-7pm Thursday night.
Ø Need help setting up Air Fence. We use all of the Air Fence sections at PPIR need 6-8 volunteers for Thursday night. Would rather not do it Friday morning!
Ø This is a great way to work off your Novice Hours.
Ø Safety fund is used for CW gear, Fire Extingusher, Brooms, Truck stuff, Equipment, Radios, Batteries, Headsets Etc….
Ø We had to get a bunch of stuff for the 2016 season. Have spent about $1500 from the safety fund!!!!
Ø Would really like to get some donations to get the safety fund replenished!
Ø Tri City sponsored our 2016 Corner Worker Shirts!! Huge Thank you to Joe & Ricky for your hard work in finding a sponsor.

Rulebook: Shannon Moham
Got a lot of calls on the garages PPIR is handling the garage rentals this year. $400 full $200 ½ garage.
If you have 2 bikes that are rode in separate classes you can pay $35 & be able to ride in 2 practices, the money goes to the safety fund.
If you don’t feel like you should be moved up you need to talk to Brownie.
