Ø Report of Officers:

Ø President: Jim Wilson-
Ø Welcome to the March General Meeting. Great turn out tonight. Several new faces as well.
Ø The Walnut room has done some upgrades looks nice.
Ø Licenses Renewals are OPEN!! Early bird pricing is $200 ends March 15th then it goes up to $250.

Ø Race School
Ø The 1st weekend of April.
Ø Friday night classroom, Saturday on track. We run our race school on HPR’s open lapping day.
Ø Share it on Facebook. It’s $200 for the school HPR lapping day will be going on that day too. Brownie will talk more about it.
Ø You CAN NOT do both the school & track day.
Ø The MRA race school is not just for new riders we welcome anyone that would like to further their riding ability with help of instructors.

Ø Pueblo:
Ø The new managers of Pueblo are here. Gari & Gary they are going to come up & speak about Pueblo.

Ø Registration for Round 1 will open the week before the race school. We will send out email blasts. Read the rule book about registration, classes, class definition, eligibility & the gridding process.

Ø Timing & scoring assistant-
Ø Rick Bickhard took over the transponder system a few years ago. He was a racer before he took that position over. He would still like to be a racer so we are looking for an assistant. We would like for it to be a racer.
Ø He races in 2 classes a weekend. You couldn’t race in the class directly before, during or after his classes.
Ø He races in Lightweight Grand Prix on Saturday & Supertwins GTU on Sunday. Supertwins GTU is combined with Modern vintage GTO.
Ø If you’re interested let someone on the Board know.

Ø T-Shirts
Ø Men’s shirts
Ø 2 style Women’s shirts- $20 for short sleeve & $25 for long sleeve.
Ø We have been contacted about people not receiving orders we don’t do shipping so if you buy one or your family member buys one you or them will have to come to the track to get it.
Ø Tony will be selling them at the track during race weekends. While supplies last. If you have already bought a shirt buy one for your mom or dad
Bob Heaton is still in the hospital. He’s getting out this Friday. He’s still going to be corner working.
CAMA is the entity that owns HPR. CAMA was inducted into the mortorsports hall of fame.


Ø Vice-President: Aaron Fisk-
Ø 108 Licenses so far
Ø 29 students for the race school
Ø eIf you signed up for the school you can also add the licenses too. Just can’t have your Licenses until you complete the race school.
Ø Aaron has been working with Marc on some new functionality in racewurx.
Ø Aaron will get the membership packets out over the next few weeks. You should receive them by the end of the month.
Ø Will get all Contingency details posted online
Ø Honda has agreed to 6 rounds
Ø RRW magazine we are not doing the subscriptions anymore, you can get subscription information on the forums.
Ø Have a whole box of 2 for 1 entry passes

Ø VP Rules & Tech: Brett Leveque-
Ø Going to need help with Tech Novice Hours
Ø Wire the Kill switches properly please
Ø Not mandatory for 2016 but will be mandatory for 2017
Ø Will be collecting old suits, boots, gloves & back protectors if you have anything you would like to donate let Brett know or bring it to the track. Brett will be keeping an inventory log for superstreet riders that might need to borrow some gear on the weekend.
Ø If you have stuff you’re willing to loan out but don’t want to donate let Brett know he will be keeping an inventory log of that too.

Ø Total Revenue just over 18k
Ø Please be sure to buy your license or sign up for the race school. If you do both the race school & your 2016 License it’s $400

Ø Come see me at the end of the meeting for Novice hours
Ø You get 30 min per general meeting but can only earn up to 2 hours by attending meetings. The 2 remaining hours must be done another way.
Ø There’s several ways to earn your hours

Ø If you have any questions about the race school, bike setup or concerns contact Brownie
Ø Friday night Classroom Fay Meyers in the club house, doors open at 6pm we will start at 7pm.
Ø Saturday morning, if you’re riding you should have your bike unloaded by 7:30am there’s a mandatory riders meeting at 7:45am. I will pair up instructors after Glenn gets done with the riders meeting.

If you know of anyone that wants to cornerwork with the MRA this year have them contact Rick. His information is on the Contact the MRA page.
Fire extinguishers, I’m going to be looking for them this season. It’s 1 per bike if you don’t have one you will be fined.

Rulebook: Shannon Moham-
Rulebook is online it’s linkable. We will have a supermoto class this year it will run behind Thunderbike. Once we figure Ultra lightweight weight endurance class size we will determine where to put it on the schedule.




Promotions: Jason Madama-
Designs promotional stuff. We have a new poster this year to put up at shops.
