Production cup quick turn throttle

Is an aftermarket quick turn throttle and kill switch legal? Says throttle can be changed but nothing about kill switch.

I would say that it is fine. You will not be gaining an advantage by changing the kill switch. However, there is another part of the rule book that says you must have a handlebar mounted kill switch or button. As long as you remain within those constraints I see no issue with replacing it.
