President: JimWilson-
Ø This is the 1st meeting of the 2016 season
Ø We have a lot of members here tonight! Great turn outThanks!
Ø Most of the board members are here as well. We are allhappy to help with any questions you have.
Ø Pueblo-
Ø We have 2 rounds scheduled there Round 1 & Round 6.The city decided to not renew their contract with Judy it is open for bids.
Ø The main player down there is the drag race group. Jim has spoken to the drag group severaltimes, they will honor our dates & there will not be any Friday night dragson our weekends.
Ø Jim has told them what we need to run Round 1, April 30th& May 1st
Ø We have a few concerns, PA system, concessions,showers, bathrooms, power.
Ø Jim will continue talking to them & our concerns,we will keep you all posted
Ø The track is currently closed. Nothing will be knowntill probably March.
Ø Schedule-
Ø Jim has been asked why we didn’t make our schedulearound the Utah dates.
Ø We did the best we could to work around it. Rounds 1,2& 3 conflict with Utah.
Ø We have a few things to consider when scheduling dates.
Ø HPR carports & RV spots are open
Ø Are the lights available for 2016 season?
Ø Glenn: If a club wants to use the lights they will haveto hire HPR staff to run them. HPR employees will be trained on the lightssystem. Is HPR willing to train people from other clubs how to run the lights?No not at this time.
Ø Treasurer-
Ø Chris Papajohn stepped in when Rachael resigned thisseason, she did a great job. Chris is not able to continue being our treasurer.We will be holding interviews for a new Treasurer.
Ø Feb 1st board meeting will be theinterviews; we will announce the new treasurer at the Feb 10 generalmeeting.
Ø Bob Heaton
Ø He is in the hospital- He had a seizure Dec 31st.
Ø He’s at Swedish medical center.
Ø He welcomes guests, calls, cards. He would love visitors.
Vice-President: Aaron Fisk-
Ø 2016 Membership
Ø Licenses open Monday Jan 18th
Ø Licenses- $200 before March 15th 2016after March 15th price goesup to $250.
Ø New Membership Licensing-
Ø Instructions will be sent out you will need to contactAaron Fisk the VP. It is best to email him.
Ø Aaron is currently out of town on work.
Ø Aaron handles licensing & membership, contingency
Ø Will update the website with contingency
Ø Yam, Honda & Kawi are all going to pay out
Ø Dunlop & Pirelli will be paying out as well
VP Rules & Tech: Brett Leveque-
Ø Excited to be in this position, look forward to the2016 season.
Ø We can always use the help on Friday night Tech doesn’tmatter if you’re a novice or expert.
Ø Make sure that you look at the rulebook before you prepyour bike.
Ø Brake lever guards If you have them great, if notthat’s ok too. We will have it in the rulebook for 2017.
Ø It’s the off season. Take your bike apart clean it,look it over. Have a clean bike when you come through Tech please.
Ø We are going to be checking safety wire this season. Wewill have spot checks at pre grid.
Ø Rick, Brett, Jeff will be spot checking bikes onpre-grid. If your bike is not ready you will be pulled off the grid for thatrace.
Ø Brett reserved spot 27 Carl’s old spot. He wants tokeep things like normal.
Treasurer:

Ø If you have any questions about bike set up, safetywire or just want help going over your bike let us know.
Ø Don’t hesitate to ask questions we are all here to helpwe have been in your shoes.
Ø We moved the race school to April 1st &2nd. Friday night Classroomdoors open at 6pm class starts at 7pm will post online
Ø Alternate date April 16th
Ø Instructors- Jeff will have a meeting with theinstructors before the school. If you’reinterested in instructing at the school contact Brownie
Ø Race School $200 & licenses $200
Ø The school is not just for new people anyone iswelcome.
Ø The race school will be run on a HPR lapping day. Youcan’t do both the school & the track day. 30 min school 30 min openlapping.
Track Marshal: Rick Grosse-
Ø Been with the MRA since 06’.
Ø Did crash cart/ equipment manager during the 2015 season.
Ø Working with the board to come up with ideas &suggestions for 2016.
Ø Novice hours- going to be cleaning out the MRA truck inApril, if you’re interested in helping talk to Rick.
Ø Going to put a small list together of items we need forthe MRA truck.
Rider Reps:Rulebook: Shannon Moham-
· Should have 2016Rulebook online soon
· If you need anyhelp or have questions about your bike, bike set up, or anything else hitShannon up
Promotions: Jason Madama-
· Updating design’sat this time.
· Updatinge-displays if you’re interested in getting an E-display let Hammer know.
· Tony Baker printed80k 2 for 1’s
· Any print stuff ishandled by Hammer
· Will keep youposted on the forums about events
Trophies: Joe LaGalbo-
· Joe does trophieson race weekends, class sponsorship.
· If you have anyquestions for Joe about your bike, bike set up, classes you should race, etc….contact Joe he would be happy to help.

§ Glenn HPR General Track Manager-
§ 2015 was a great year for the track, great year withrevenue. Beat the 2015 budget. Expenses have gone up but we have modified thetrack, lights & the camera system.
§ 24hr race will be held in Aug. It’s on the same weekendas the MRA R6 race weekend.
§ Working ongetting the security system set up this year.
§ HPR isconsidering putting TV’s in the pavilion. With the camera system we have theability to see 100% of the track.
§ New internetservice- Vista Beam wireless 34meg, you will be charged by vista beam for usage.
