President: JimWilson-
Ø Welcome to the Sept meeting
Ø We do this every month except December we updateour members, have some drinks & chit chat
Ø We will be at PPIR in about 10 days
Ø New Management at PPIR
Ø Thursday Night gate will be open from 7pm-11pm
Ø Test & tune Friday Full $150 Half-$100
Ø They are doing wrist bands for riders
Ø ½ day will be afternoon only
Ø Ambulance will be there Friday & we aresetting up the Air Fence
Ø Rick can make it happen, we are going to needsome help getting it set up
Ø Novices- Get Novice hrs. We have 9-10 sectionsto set up this is the most we use all season. More than we put out at eitherHPR or Pueblo 12-15 people to help would be great.
Ø If you want to help let us know we will get withRick about times
Ø They will have a riders meeting for Friday TrackDay! You must attend if you’re riding on Friday.
Ø R/V spots pay at the gate first come first servebases
Ø Short Stop concession will be there for theweekend. Treat them well they are good to us.
Ø Corner Worker Appreciation as well Chris S. willtalk more about it
Ø Shannon will talk about garages
Ø We will be running a super moto class Sunday atR7 we have invited the Colorado super moto club to join us.
Ø We have a pretty packed schedule, PPIR is small.
Ø Awards Ceremony Saturday November 14th2015 @ Cassleman’s 7pm

Ø Contingency everything has been turned in. Ifyou haven’t received your contingency pay contact Aaron he will help you out.
Ø We really need help with the Air Fence. It’s alot of work we need all the help possible.
VP Rules & Tech:
Treasurer: Chris Papajohn-
Ø Thank you all for working with Chris over thelast few rounds, she is doing her best.
Ø Trying to get credits worked out if you have orthink you should have a credit contact Chris P.
Ø We took a loss at R6
Ø Get registered so we can have a GREAT final round.
Secretary: Jen Grosse-
Ø Novice hours- you can help with Air Fence,Friday night tech, corner working, you can also pay for your hours it’s $25 perhr.
Ø You have 10 days after R7 to complete yourhours, if you don’t your points for the 2015 season will be wiped out.
New Rider Director: Jeff Brown-
Ø Tech perspective- Look over your bike, take yourbody work off & look at everything. This is the time when wear & tearcatches up to you. A clean machine is a checked machine!!
Ø Manual Scoring is a little further away thannormal, make sure your numbers can be seen. If they can’t see your number &you’re not on manual scoring you won’t be scored.
Ø There’s also a gap in the loop make sure you checkyour results within the 30min tin limit.
Ø Make sure you communicate nicely to Jen Jen thatyou’re missing a lap. She will get it corrected.
Ø If you’re going to do a lap to get points youneed to do 2 laps @ PPIR. We start on hot pit lane so you have to do 2 laps toget scored.
Ø Tech will be in the Garages, Raceday office isin the tower 2nd floor.
Ø Brownie will be there Friday he can show anyonethat needs lines or help.
Ø If you’re scrambling to do your novice hoursyou’re behind the ball…..
Ø You points & results will be removed fromthe system.
Ø If you’re leading the championship & youdon’t do your hours you will not get an award at the banquet, your points willbe removed you will start from the back of the grid in your classes for thenext season.
Ø Rookies of the year- If you’re late to grids,meetings, have confrontation with officials or other racers you will not meetthe qualifications for Rookie of the Year.
Ø It is about who helps out, is friendly to others& has had good progress throughout the season. We look at more than thatbut that’s the general idea.
Track Marshal: Chris Sorensen-
Ø Do you go to the race day office, pavilion orthe Classroom to check grids??? We as racers are slacking on that we need to doour part to make the race day run smooth. Pre-grid would appreciate it!!!Thanks!!
Ø If you show up to pre-grid & you don’t knowyour spot you will start from the back of the grids. Be sure to read therulebook.
Ø CW Appreciation- A lot of them ride they likeriding gear, they like booze, gift cards, money etc….
Ø Rider Reps.Rulebook: Shannon Moham-
· First thing Novices, if you’re getting bumped upnext year & you don’t feel comfortable being an expert contact the JeffBrown or Shannon either can assist you.
· Tech- Clean up your bikes…. that would beCOOL!!!
· If you haven’t paid, don’t show up to Fridaynight tech you will not be able to go through.
· Rulebook changes- Put it in the forums, if youhave any questions contact Shannon he can help you with verbiage
· Garages- Jim & Aaron have been working hardto get a link up & running on the website. Please work with us. We will letyou know when it’s up & running.

Promotions: Louden David-



· Novice hours- if you worked with Louden contacthim so he can get a list to Jen Jen before the deadline.
· End of year Video- you have a limited time frameplease get us Video & Pics. Please Edit your Video down so Louden doesn’thave to watch hours of video.
· We have 2 for 1’s you can take as many as you like
Trophies: Joe LaGalbo-



· Trophies for R7 are ordered.
· Usually have Novice help to set up trophies hehas the 2 novices he needs. Thanks for all the help
· Supermoto- Joe will be happy to help anyone withsafety wire will be ran after Friday track day.
· Supermoto People-Catch can, breather tube, nobelly pan, no coolant, no leaking seals.
· Press:Jim Brewer-· The garages & the P/A system blasted you outor if you were in BFE you can’t hear the calls.
· We bought a new FM Transmitter going to try tohook up Pandora playing some music so it’s easier to find the station. We willannounce the frequency at the riders meeting. You can also find out in the raceday office.
· Starting to put Video & Pics send the stuffto Jim Brewer or post it on YouTube & send him a link.
· Clean bike- Need to keep your bike clean so youcan see if there’s anything broken, cracked, missing or loose.

Ø Online pre-registration will close Mondaynight, what you need to know email will be going out soon.
Ø Question: Have they spoke to us about trackcondition, water issues? We had very minimal seepage last year.
Ø Nominations will close at the next general meeting.
Ø Ballots counted, board appointed on November 11th2015
Ø You have to be a member to accept a nomination.
Ø If you don’t accept your nomination by theOctober General meeting you will not be on the ballot.
Ø Everyone should write a Bio… The members need toknow why you want to be on the Board of Directors, Why you want to be moreinvolved in the MRA, Why do you want to do the position you’re nominated for?
