Officer’s reports:
Ø President: Jim Wilson
Ø License renewals - Aaron has started writing them up, likely next week he'll have them out in the mail. If you haven't got your license and you can't get into RaceWurx, get ahold of Jim Wilson (Aaron is out of town)
Ø Licenses will be going up to $250 after 3/15.
Ø New racers will still have discounted ($200) licenses after the class.
Ø We have 113 license renewals as of right now. That's about $22K income for the club which helps with track rentals and other deposits.
Ø We've sold 28 pit passes and 5 associates’ members. 12 RWMT subscriptions and 11 enrollees in the new racers' school
Ø Intro to Roadracing clinic is 3/21 at 11am at the Walnut Room. Danny Walker, Nate Butler, Dave Rose, Oscar Solis, Jeff Brown, Carl Sorensen, & Chris Sorensen will all be discussing their respective areas of expertise. Ricky Orlando will also be there with his vast knowledge.
Ø Everyone is welcome at the clinic. Check the forum post and the Facebook events for more details.
Ø New Racers's School is 4/3-4. Classroom will be at Fay Myers, track session will be at HPR along with a lapping day. (see the forum post on the school)
Ø Contingency - Yamaha is paying 6 of 7 rounds. Suzuki is also paying 4-5 rounds, Honda info is coming. We're waiting to hear from KTM. Dunlop has updated its website with the latest info. Bridgestone also has data out. Oscar will have data for Pirelli. Silkolene is out, PitBull is paying for sprockets & steering dampers, not stands. We're waiting to hear from BrakeTech. JRI shocks is a new contingency sponsor!! All of this will be on the forum and will migrate to the new website.
Ø Website - Jim B will have more data on this.
Ø The new rulebook will be on the website. We're going to try to have the new printed versions at the new racers’ school or the first race weekend.
Ø Novices at the general meetings should make sure they tell the secretary of their attendance so they get credit for novice hours.
Ø Aaron Hersch will be at COTA next month racing with MotoAmerica. If anyone needs racer certification to get a MotoAmerica race license, see Aaron Fisk.

Ø Vice-President: Aaron Fisk-
Ø Not at the meeting.

Ø VP of Rules & Tech: - Carl Sorensen-
Ø He'll be talking about bike prep and tech at the roadracing clinic. Questions for him can be sent via email or posted on the forum.

Ø Treasurer: Rachael Zell-
Ø Right now we have $19K in the operating account. This is mostly license renewals. If you have problems with the PayPal portals, let Rachel know.
Ø If you have problems registering with RaceWurx, contact Rachel, Aaron Fisk, or Jim Wilson. You need to establish a RaceWurx account before paying for a license so do that soon since the discounted licenses end on March 15th.

Ø Secretary: Jen Grosse-
Ø Not at the meeting.

Ø New Rider Director: Jeff Brown –
Ø We have 11 students signed up for the new racers' school.
Ø If you want to volunteer for corner working, it's the best way to see racing up close and to get novice hours.

Ø Track Marshal: Chris Sorensen-
Ø We need Equipment Manager / Crash Cart driver. If you know of someone who could do this for the season, let Chris know. The pay is $125/day.
Ø There are things in the works for corner crew sponsorship - but if you want to help, let Chris know.

Ø Rider Reps:
· PR: Louden David –
· MRA Media distribution underway (over 100 new locations this year including 10 Colorado Welcome Centers). These will be 2for1, superstreet and other MRA advertisement out to the motorcycle dealers and shops. This is all being mailed out the the different locations which will allow us to add 70 more locations!!
· MRA E-Display update will start this weekend. These will be updated this weekend by Louden.
· The MRA has been approved by the Colorado tourism website for a business listing via the www.colorado.com website allowing us to promote the MRA and our events to Colorado tourist and followers of the website for free, but we do have options to pay for additional promotion
· Volunteers are on a mission this year to find new locations to promote the MRA via our printed poster follow our social media to see how they do.
· Also if anyone wants a poster I'm willing to offer anyone here the same opportunity as our volunteers, but there is a catch: You have to put it in a location that will reach more riders and potential fans. Then you must email me a picture of it including a detailed location. Keep in mind you must have permission to put it in said location! If you take one from me and do not email me with said picture and information. You will be invoiced for 10 dollars to the safety fund.
· Rulebook: Shannon Moham –

· We have 3 candidates for the announcing internship position. We’ll select the best person by March 20th so they’ll be able to get up to speed at the New Racers’ school.
