The 2015 MRA Rulebook is available online on the new MRA website. There is a wealth of updated information presented to include the four hour Rulebook supplement, hyperlinks to advertisers supporting the sport, and so much more!!
The 2015 Rulebook will be made available in a full color print edition for your reading pleasure.
