My wife and I are making some life changes and part of that means giving up some things that I would much rather not. My BMW is one of those. Sad day indeed, but in the end it should help us realize the dream of owning our own business.

For Sale: 2011 BMW S1000RR with a plethora of modifications and upgrades. Bike has been adult owned and meticulously cared for. The modifications made to the bike have been done for the purpose of making the bike more comfortable for long trips, to improve the handling and breaking, and to improve the overall appearance. Given the gross amount of power that this bike has, I have left the engine completely untouched including keeping the majority of the stock exhaust so as not to have to do any aftermarket fuel management and to keep it relatively quiet.

This bike has been a dream to own and I have taken it on countless canyon rides, to the track, and on long road trips up and down the west coast. As a testament to how comfortable and enjoyable a sportbike can be, I earned an Iron Butt award on this machine for doing over a 1,000 miles in 24 hours. I have cared for this bike like no other bike I have ever owned which includes keeping up with all the scheduled maintenance.

Modifications include:

Ohlins Forks

o These are the full fork replacements, not cartridges
o Suspension dialed in for ~165 lb rider

Ohlins Rear Shock
Marchesini forged aluminum wheels
Braking front and rear rotors
Yoshimura R55 Slipon Exhaust
Vortex Rear Sets
Puig Double Bubble Smoked Windscreen
ThrottleMeister bar ends and ‘cruise control’
Ilmberger Carbon Fiber Lower
Custom Seat Covers with red and blue accents
Pazo Levers with blue adjusters
Vortex Chain and Sprockets (-1 front)
Yoshimura Case Guards
Yoshimura frame sliders
Yoshimura axle blocks
BMW Tank Bag
Wired for H.A.R.D. radar system with integrated power
Scorpio Motorcycle Alarm with two fobs
Tech Spec tank pads
Fender Eliminator
Clear Bra over the tail to prevent tail bag scratches
Fully drilled for safety wire

The less than perfect:
The quick shifter needs adjusted. I have moved the position of the rear sets around and once set, needs the perfect touch to line up the sensor.
There are some light scratches on the frame above the upper from removing the plastics. These are easily removed if you are extra motivated.

Mileage: 31,6**
Asking Price: $13,000 and has a clear title. Willing to deal with someone local that makes the process easy on me.

If you have any questions please let me know via PM. Link to pictures here (some of the mods are not present in these pictures, such as the rear sets):
