Ø Welcome to the May meeting
Ø This is my 1st year as president
Ø We had a good weekend Thanks to MRA Board, Corner Workers, MRA Staff & you guys
Ø Can’t help mothers nature
Ø We had 175 Riders for almost 800 Entries we came really close to breaking the record from 9yrs
Ø Round 2 is usually the biggest turn out so hopefully we will break that record
Ø Lap Times are up on the website Thank you to Blair Harness & Rick Bickhard III Put it on My Laps
Ø Don’t go by the results on My Laps Rely go on Racewurx for the correct info
Ø 4Hr pushing advertising
Ø We will be posting things online so promote us & share the thread.
Ø We are going to have some great prizes
Ø Jen has the 4 hr Forums
Ø Racewurx we are making it so we can create your team
Ø Add your team mates, Sponsors
Ø We are waiting on Marc to get some stuff done & then we will open registration
Ø We have 19 transponders in our Fleet we rented out 18 of them. We have 9 that need to be fixed
Ø We are going to be sending them to a guy in Australia about getting them fixed.
Ø Fay Meyers Block Party
Ø Northern Colo Euro this Sunday they are going to do a ride up in the Mountains. If you want to Ride a Ducati call Brad

Ø Number plates there were a lot of bad number plates. Everyone needs to read what the requirements are in the Rulebook the take a look at the numbers on your bike.
Ø The MRA Will purchase Numbers & White/Yellow Background
Ø If your numbers won’t pass teach you can either make you own using tape or you will need to purchase them from the MRA.
Ø SuperSport- Saw a few people on Slicks their response was “I’m not getting points”
Ø If you go out on Slicks & you have no plans to be scored you will be pulled off the grid.
Ø If your bikes not eligible for that class don’t be out in it
Ø Novices- Thank you for your help Friday night & Sat morning Really Appreciate your help

Ø We had a Kick Ass Round 1
Ø We open the office at 6:30am, If you know you need to come see us Please do so before registration closes.
Ø We are paying out more this year for Race weekend Essential ie..Ambulance, Insurance etc….
Ø Ambulance 7 Track Rentals went up
Ø Rented transponders doesn’t matter if you race both day or just Sat ot Sun it’s still $50
Ø CW Pay for 2014 New $75per Day Experienced- $100 per day

Ø Novice hrs must see me JenJen at the end of the meeting.
Novices you can earn your hours in several ways:
General Meeting 30min per meeting up to 2hrs worth. Help Carl with Friday night tech, work a PR event, Corner Work or Buy them for $25per hr.
Ø Jumping on back of grids is a no no as of now. Sign up for all races prior to the close of registration.
Ø Race day office is closing at when registration closes until grids are posted. Please seek other board members for assistance if the office is closed.
Ø 4hr endurance forms MUST be filled out by 9am Saturday. Please print. Your teammates need to go in & register for what class your team plans to ride in then pay for it.
Ø New Rider Director: Jeff Brown –
Ø 3 New racers that did a school Friday
Ø 1 from Super Street
Ø We had 40 + in the Novice classes & only 1 crash
Ø No Super Street at Round 2
Ø Track Marshal: Chris Sorensen-
Ø Thank you everyone for a wonderful Sat Ambulance didn’t move once
Ø We are having the CW use the bunkers
Ø If anyone referred or housed a CW let Chris know he will get a list of credits
Ø Heavy/Open Endurance riders sorry about the gravel mishap, there was a mis communication

We have 1 Volunteer that is finished
Over 20 E-Displays with the Banquet Video
If you see one of the E-Displays is not working or if it’s out of 2 for 1’s Let Louden know so he can either call them or take them more stuff.

We set up a booth & bring out a couple bikes & talk to people about becoming involved part of the MRA
Do people take the school to buy their Licenses? It’s about 50/50
When it’s the cool down lap Please Remember that there are people waiting at pre-grid

We had bad weather nothing any of us could do about it son we roll with the punches. Jim handled it great
Chris Papajohn has been nice about your numbers please get them fixed
The Schedule for the 4 hr is a little different it’s online posted online
We have till about 7:30pm to race
In the Amateur definition it talks about the ror & F40 stuff
· Contingency/Press: Nik Lenski- Press Release done
· Dave only made a couple changes & he praised Nik for a good job
· Stryder races, Lil Denver Moham was the winner
· We will have something cool set up
· Trophies: Joe Lagalbo-
· We have all of our classes sponsored. Big Thank you to Ricky he was a huge help
· We have trophies from Sat if you don’t want them we can recycle
