CRA invitation to MRA Ninja 250 riders!

All Ninja 250 Riders

The CRA and Bob Fier (part owner of Rocky Mountain Kawasaki) has graciously invited all Ninja 250 racers to their final race of the 2014 season at Brainerd International Raceway, September 20 & 21 (with practice on the 19th).

Bob has post a generous contingency program for 5 Ninja 250 riders willing to make the trip as well as pay the gate entry fees for those riders!

Pre entry deadline is apparently Sept 13.

Section 11 focuses on the Ninja 250 cup:


All motorcycles must meet the standards of Section 6 as well as the following:
Rules apply from Section 7 Supersport motorcycles unless addressed below.



1) US market Kawasaki Ninja 250 motorcycles only.
2) Engine, transmission, air box and velocity stacks must remain OEM stock and
unaltered.
3) Carburetor needles and jets are the only items allowed for adjusting carburetion.
4) Aftermarket windscreen may be used of the same size as OEM. Double Bubble
type screens may not be used.
5) Kickstand mounting tab on the frame is required to be removed from 2008 to
2010 models.
6) US market Kawasaki Ninja 250 ECU must be used.
7) Standard unleaded pump gas only (94 octane or less). No “race gas” allowed.



Section 6 and 7 call out safety wire/bike prep , tire, and other update specifications.

Got a call from bob this evening. If you are planning on going he can get you free entry (gate) passes but needs to hear from you by 1030 am mst. His email is in the original post

I tried sending him emails but they come back unable to send. Says rejected by the sever Comcast :-( can anyone help? I really would like to go race.

Bob has emailed me from different email addresses...the comcast one in the original post and after checking the address on a email he sent this afternoon he is also using bfier12854@charter.net
