I have some rotors from an 04 R6 I know they will fit your wheel but not sure if they will fit your radial brakes.

05/06 use a smaller front rotor to the 03/05S R6.

So, if you can find some 06 rotors, they will bolt on just fine as well even though they have a different carrier section.
