Officer’s reports:
Ø President: Jim Wilson-
Ø Walnut Room-
Ø They have done some remodeling to extend their kitchen
Ø They should be back to normal next month
Ø We will still be coming back here until Johnny says otherwise

Ø Licenses
Ø You need to get them NOW prices go up as of Sunday March 16th
Ø It will go to $250

Ø Track Contracts
Ø Rachael just wrote the check for PPIR
Ø We have sent in contracts to HPR, Pueblo & PPIR
Ø Deposits for HPR have been sent

Ø Race School-
Ø Friday April 18th is the classroom @ Fay Meyers starts at 7pm we will start letting people in at 6pm
Ø Saturday April 19th is the track portion
Ø Saturday Track day @ HPR there will be sessions
Ø Intro To Raodracing
Ø Saturday March 29th 11am-1pm
Ø It will be an informative stuff about what is needed to road race
Ø We will have speakers
Ø Danny Walker, Oscar w/Perelli, Nate Butler w/ Blood Nickel & More
Ø Everyone is welcome to attend but we would like to save the middle tables for NEW people to attend

Ø If you have someone donates to you it doesn’t automatically go into your account, Rachael has to credit the money to your account
Ø Rachael- If you have someone donate to you before March 16th the money will go in daily

Ø We have printed 5k 2 for 1
Ø Printed 5k on Superstreet
Ø We are working on a Corner Worker Brochure

Ø People are asking about posters if you donate $2 you get a poster
Ø If you go into a shop please don’t take all of the 2 for 1’s
Ø We have 2 for 1’s if you need some please just ask us
Ø If you go into a dealer & notice we are out of something please let Louden know

Ø We have 28 of the 8 that are bad
Ø There is a guy in Australia that replaces the batteries
Ø It is $65 to get them fixed

Ø There has been a lot of “drama” on Social Media
Ø We had someone bash A sponsor & they weren’t sure if they wanted to be sponsor any longer.

Ø Don’t go on the MRA page & start bashing us
Ø This is your club you have chosen us to run it & we do the best we can.
Ø There are times that we have to make tough decisions & we don’t take any of it think lightly.
Ø We will not tolerate anyone attacking the MRA or any of the Board of Directors

Ø Marajuana not allowed at HPR, PPIR or Pueblo
Ø We have had the same policy for 20 yrs this is not new

Ø If you renewed your licenses but didn’t pay Aaron will be getting those Emails out

Ø this is the 2nd year we are hoping that everyone is having a better time with it.

Ø We have about 100 people signed up we think that we are doing good for this time of year

Ø 27k in the bank wrote a check for PPIR 11k
Ø Safety Fund

Ø Last year we had to buy a new quad & then it had mechanical issues
Ø All of the poster money is going into the safety fund
Ø We are running on a budget so we need to make sure there is money in that account
Ø The Safety fund is the money that we use ti buy new equipment for our Corner Workers to use.
Ø When you go to Renew your Licenses if you have the ability to give an extra $10 then please do
Ø We need you all to keep this club going for years
Ø Rachael’s job is to make sure that we are staying on Budget for the season so we have the ability to make money & save it.
Ø If we don’t save any money it will be hard to keep the club going for another 40 years

Ø Novice hours
Ø You have to do Novice hours every year that you’re a Novice
Ø You can earn your hours several hours

Ø You get 30 min for every meeting you attend for up to 2hrs, you will have to complete the other 2 by doing something else
Ø You can also help @ tech, race day office, corner working, events
Ø You can have family member or friend work off your Novice hours

Ø New Rider Director: Jeff Brown –
Ø We are about a month out for the race school
Ø We have 12 registered
Ø Have had some phone calls from people that aren’t on the list so hoping they will register & that we have close to 30 students
Ø Instructor meeting March 29th
Ø Novices- you need to get yours hours done or you will lose you points for the season
Ø You have to do them every year you’re a Novice

Ø Can Racers Corner work yes they can for their novice hours

· We are by far the cheapest club in the country
· At miller you have to pay $200 more in entry fees & you have to pay for practice & endurance

· We don’t come up with these things in the rulebook they have been there.

· We are hoping for more hits on our website & that it will get us more advertisements

· We are looking at some possible options of this year
· We don’t want to give you the same trophy year after year
