Water at the MRA tracks

I am pretty sure the answer is no, but wanted to ask anyway. Is there water at the tracks to fill large water bottles (10-15 gal) that will be used for canopy anchors?

I suspect hooking a hose to a sink might be frowned upon....;)

I don't recall seeing spigots at the tracks.

Definitely not at HPR since they truck in their water. Ive seen/used spigots at ppir and pmp though.
