kickstand sensor

I had to take my kickstand off my 07 gsxr 750, and I dont know what to do with the sensor. I tried taping it but it wears, and I tried zip tieing it but it just slides off... Any suggestions?

Remove the sensor, cut the wire on the sensor side not on the harness, and splice it together with a good connector

Another option if you don't want to permanently disable it is to trace the kickstand switch wire to where it plugs in, unplug it, connect the prongs on the ECU side of the connector with wire or a jumper and electrical tape it up. When you want to go back to having a KS switch, you can just remove the jumper and plug it back in.
