If you don't have them, maybe you know some supermoto guy or something? 2-3 rear tires per year is probably what she will use.
Shagged sides is fine, just need center tread for commuting/trips.

I mount and balance, so this frugality helps keep this wonderful sport cost effective enough for us to participate.
