Question about riding MRA tracks

I took the MRA safety course with Mark Schellinger way back in 2007 and haven't ridden on the track since 2009, can someone tell me if I can ride HPR/PMP/PPIR? If not, what would I need to do?

The MRA did not put on a "safety course" per say, only the New Racer School in April 2009.
