anyone rent houses?

Hey everyone, my girlfriend and I are thinking about moving to colorado springs/denver area from nebraska. It would not be for a little bit but just wondering if anyone has rental property and where it is or know of any decent property? Nothing urgent just looking into it. Would prefer a house with a garage but not too picky.

Hi... my buddy here in the springs owns a couple houses that he rents out on the north side of town (all of them have garages). I don't know the prices but they are definitely in a nicer neighborhood so they could be a little pricey, don't know what your budget is. If you PM me your number, I can pass it to him, or I could PM you his number if that would work better.
