Selling my 2013 ZX10R non abs

All stock besides those 2
Long story short, I don't have the title. I do have a notarized bill of sale. The title is clean just not in my possession. I have no way of getting the title nor do I have time or money to put in to it.
Selling it because its time to do a grown up thing and actually buy a house so the bike is the first thing to go.
