It's with great sadness that I have to post this here but Tony Mata has passed away. I'm sure a lot of the old members will remember Tony or TONDAD as he was know in the pits. He always had a smile on his face and was one of the great competitors in the MRA.

You will be missed by many TONDAD.

I read this on fb, very sad news. Tony was a great guy rip.

He was a great friend, with whom I shared many a beer, a laugh, and memorable race weekends with. I will miss him greatly. Here is the link to the obit at the funeral home, along with service information.
