I Need Help Titling a Bike

I have a '63 Honda that I inherited from my grandfather a long time ago. I have never done anything with it because the paper trail to get a title is just unreal. But I would really like to start working on it and I would really like to get a title for it.

One of the first things I need to do is have it appraised by a licensed dealer. Can anyone help me out with that?

I was also wondering if someone in the MRA works for DMV and might be willing to help me expidite this process. I have to get surety bonds and all sorts of junk to do this right. What a headache.

Any help or advice is welcomed if you have ever had to do anything like this before.

I don't know if anyone in the MRA works at the DMV, but there is a member that is a CSP officer and does inspections and vin verifications. If you need to go through any of that, I can send you his contact info.
