250 chain / sprockets

I am sure this has been covered here but I can't find it.

I think a lot of guys are running the 420 chain/sprockets? Can someone point me to a specific manufacturer or part numbers?

I heard we might need some sort of special chain that is stronger than a standard 420 chain? Do we go O-ring or non O-ring?

The stock ratio is 3.21 so I expect we use that as a starting point.
