The 2013 MRA Annual Meeting & Elections
Wednesday Nov 14th @ 7pm
The Walnut Room

You should’ve received your MRA Ballot in the mail by now. Ballots will be available at the meeting if you haven't received one, or you may request a ballot be emailed to you prior to the meeting. Mail your proxy vote to Boots (address located on the ballot) or walk your ballot in to the Nov 13th meeting. Ballots need to be turned in by 7pm, so they can be counted and tallied during our meeting. Election results will be announced that evening, so be sure to stick around and congratulate your 2014 MRA Board of Directors!
This will be the last MRA general meeting of 2013, there’s no December meeting. Please join us to vote on the direction of the club and catch up with everyone before the start of the New Year. As always MRA racer and Walnut Room owner Johnny Burr will be hosting us, offering great drink and food specials to MRA members.
