Officer’s reports:
Ø President: Tony Baker-
Welcome to the June Meeting.
Light turnout to the meeting. Thx for coming out.
What a great weekend it was again. 2 in a row. Thank you! Its good for the racing, the fun and the club.
People like having an excuse for coming out and the 4 hour.
Question about lap times for this year. They are coming. We are migrating from old to new servers. We are trying really hard but preservation of old data is more important than posting new data. Please be patient.
Talking about injuries this past weekend. They were worse than they need to be. Because the equipment they were wearing didn't fit right. Let's think about what we are doing out there. Make sure the fit is right, buy or borrow something that fits right. The ambulance guys were pretty upset about it. They wanted us to bring up the issue. So please use better judgment. Keep each other accountable as friends.
Scott Rybo brought in his helmet from HPR last year from his crash. Go see it as an example of what protection they should do.
New procedure for next round will be for Friday night or sat or sun morning and prepaid, you can proceed directly to tech inspection. Register and pay in advance. We are trying to get away from having to wait in line. Please still come to the riders meeting. It should help the flow.
For Novice hours see ginger after the meeting.
Question about participation on the 4 hour endurance. Discussed the fee/purse and the MRA. As long as we see the sign up continue it will continue to be held. 72 riders total.
The reports are that T10 sucks as bad as it did last year. We have air fence, we managed to get through it safely last year and plan to again. Whatever that means we have to do to get there and mitigate the amount of risk. We were able to negotiate in the contract this year that we can cancel due to weather if we can't run. We will get a prorated amount back.
Jon Glafke question is should we do no passing between turn 9 and half way down the straight/start finish.
Do we know if other clubs feel the same way that we do about that turn. Is there any alternative? We will check with the CAMA board.

Ø Vice-President: Jim Wilson-
I plugged the router into the wrong port that is the cause of Sat morning delay and network issue.
Pre entering in racewurx . Open it up tomorrow for Round 3. Will send an email. It will close the Friday before so almost 2 weeks to register.
We got the results done about midnight last night.
Marc is working on the season point total.
Times are coming up soon. Hopefully by pueblo. We have everything and past year times as well. We will see if we can add those in there too.
Some day will we have time and results online in the paddock. May be next season or this season. Not sure.
Contingency was submitted about a week and a half ago. You should be getting them soon
Hoping that by end of this week round 2 will all be sent out. Work is already in progress.
Race day office: Jen and Rachael and Jim and Chris have jobs to do so please limit the visits with questions and nagging. They have stuff posted as soon as they have it. Don't bother them when they are busy.
After 2 rounds our average entry number is 163 this year. Looking great and see how high we can keep them this season.
Is everyone getting the new pretty mass emails? Everyone like them?

As Carl: I don't have much. Have your numbers on both sides of your helmet.
One reason we do it is for borrowing someone's bike. If you crash, the medics and office need to know the correct rider and medical information.

Ø VP of Rules & Tech: - Carl Sorensen-
Not present.

Ø Treasurer: Rachael Zell-
The club is having a good season right now.
After the 4 hour it creates more financial responsibility
Deficit of maybe 1500.00 which is fantastic. That is when all credits and refund get posted.
Rough Numbers
71 vendor passes used
Gate made 1700.00
Big thank you to abate and imperial and MRA made the 4 hour happen and made it happen for us.
Our safety fund: $1194.
You can continue to donate to safety
Operating fund is: $79683.60

Last year pueblo cost us around 25k to put on. There is an increase to operating cost.
If you feel you have credit or should… please get in touch with Rachael first before you submit to PayPal.

Novice hours see Kevin
Cut us some slack for results posted online.

Ø Secretary: Jen Grosse-
Not present

Ø New Rider Director: Jeff Brown –
At the first super street round we had rain so we gave tem option of refund or credit. Those that got the credit have 1st dibs on this next round. Jeff is going to try to contact them to see if they are showing up.
We will manually enter them in first and then contact them and only when they decline will we remove them from pre-entry.

Ø Track Marshal: RayRay Gaimara-
Thank you for donating money for corner crew and supplies etc…. We had 857 split to 27 people so they got 32 extra. Personally thank Jon, he handed 200. Schram gave him 100. Thank you.
Thank you to Evan for going around and getting money donated.
We had the largest turn out so far for corner workers. The increased pay probably helped.
Pueblo we will need them. Ask friends and family.
Glafke - we are only 2 hours from the Albuquerque group … can we get them to come up?
We will be spending some of the safety money. Need batte8es and chargers and maintenance on the system.
If anyone has any contacts for tires for ATV get with ray. The pavement chews up the tires.
Thank you for the endurance. It was so much fun. Glad we saw smiles and finished it and we had fun.

Ø Rider Reps:
• PR: Louden David –
One of the big things for marketing is E Displays. Check em out on fb. They are similar to go pro display. Plays MRA and ABATE commercial.
We delivered Co power sports in boulder and Denver
Boulder motorsports
FTAR
HPR and take with them to shows and track days
Fay Myers has a new one from old. As well as vickery.
Delivered 2 more BMW of Denver and Mile high harley.
Last year we did a hand out questionnaire at SuperStreet and we do hear that the e display. 50% was word of mouth, next printed, and edisplay. Back then we had 4 and today we have 20.
Special thank you to ABATE of Colorado.
A couple shows since last meeting. Rocky mountain Kawasaki. Matt galloway?
Fay Myers block party, Shaun Parish, Jim Wilson, Dani Lee, and…? And Tony baker.
Posted on the forums. How you can support the growth of the MRA. Word of mouth and help at local shows.
Fb post and sharing.
We reached over 3000 people this past weekend.
Sam and Dave are having and MRA beer and pizza night
The e display watch…. They do lock up or get unplugged but if you are in somewhere that has one, check to see if it is working. If not Call Louden.
Share your ideas on how to help the club.
Share videos and pictures. With the MRA.
FB 560 likes recently.

• Rulebook: Shannon Moham –
Rules on the helmet, it has to have cert of Snell, dot, European. If it is more than 5 year old helmet. Make sure you have one recent and with certs. It is your responsibility.
The other things is a lot of questions about points and red flags. The points structure has changed, check it out. You might not be out if you crashed in r1.
The 4 hour was fricken fantastic. If you have any feedback for the rulebook next year. Like the ability to ride on the hot pit lane to park it.
If you are in the pony express you can put them all on there.
PPIR Garages: if you want one, after pueblo, probably on a sat will post the availably. Put a phone number to call. It has a Voicemail and timestamp so leave a message instead of hanging up and keep calling. You will have the option t pay for both rounds too once it opens.
21 titanium butt riders
22 true endurance Teams
And 29 pony express Teams
