Tile work and Hard Wood Refinish

I have a bathroom that needs some tile and my hardwood floors need refinished BAD!!

I did my own tile work in my house, it isn't that hard and I could probably help ya out with that....OR I know a guy who has a tile business I could put you in touch with (if you would just rather pay someone and be done with it).
