Kevin Finnegan has tendered his resignation from the Rider Representative - Press & Contingency position effective immediately. Kevin has posted his resignation letter on the MRA Forum - http://forums.mra-racing.org/viewtopic.php?t=16404. We would like to thank Kevin for his service to the MRA and we look forward to his continued participation in future events.
We had a number of options to fill the vacant Rider Rep position including holding a special election, interviewing potential candidates, or appointing someone that has shown continuous interest in the position. We opted for the latter option and have appointed Samantha Coleman to the Rider Rep - Press & Contingency position. Sam has been an MRA member for 4 years now and brings extensive writing experience, including articles she has written for local Colorado motorcycle publication, Scooter News. Her enthusiasm is ever-present at race weekends, general meetings and special events. The MRA Board of Directors welcomes Sam and we look forward to working with her.
