Hey All,
I've updated the records website, but needed to let everyone know there were a couple of long standing records that fell this weekend, and a couple of new entries on the list. Here they are:
Colorado Class: #626 Chris Weed 1:59.159. Chris broke the record set 4 years and 2 days ago by visiting USGPRU rider Hayden Gillim. Chris' efforts in breaking the 2 minute barrier means that every MRA class record for the full course is under 2:00.000 (with the exception of the production cup classes).
SuperTwins GTU: #945 Shannon Moham 1:55.468. Shannon improved on his own standard, but he had help getting over his own 4 year record from visiting California rider Frankie Garcia. Both were under the old mark, but Shannon's fastest lap was just a little faster than Frankie's in a great but too short race.
400 Production Cup: #341 Jay Russell 2:26.591. A new class but not a new name to the list of the distinquished in the MRA. Jay also holds the North Course record for the class run at round one. Jump in if you think you can do better, but you'll need to get by Jay to do it!
500 Production Cup: #213 Jason Madama 2:06.697. "Hammer" sold his 250 and bought a 500. After owning many of the smallest bike records in the club, when will he get an SV650 and run down the "Mohammer"?
