Video editor

With the contour camera I bought, was wondering what a good editing program would be.

All I need is something that edits out the lulls. I don't need to even add music or anything else.

Thoughts please?

The latest version of quicktime lets me edit clip length (I use contour as well so the vid format is compatible). I'm on a mac though, I don't know if the windows version has the trim feature

A friend of mine with a Contour suggests Windows Movie Maker, and Contour story teller that is free with the camera. It is also how you can change video recording settings.

I use a tool call Power Director. Its cheap(er) than most and its really easy to use.
