Valve adjustment

Anyone know who has the best price on valve adjustments? I ride an 07 GSXR-6. i think the valves are "ticking" more than they should so prob needs an adjustment. I'm starting to track it more so i dont want to risk anything going wrong. I'm willing to do it myself if i can just get pointed in the right direction.

Any input will be appreciated.

Went over to Mad-moto, turns out its just my sprocket tensioner.

yea, that was my second time going over there. Awesome guys to work with. I'll be taking my bike there after my next track day to get some work.
