Another track proposed by the airport?

Curious idea to build a track so close to another one and then have the focus be 'driving and having fun with other enthusiasts, not racing'. Which translates in my opinion to 'people with a lot of money driving their expensive cars around sort of slightly faster than on the street'.

That one has been in the works for a little while now - http://www.altezzamp.com/ It's at least the 3rd of 4th track proposed over the last few years with that business model. I doubt I could afford to go there if they actually build it. I'll just keep going to HPR. :D

From what I've seen there are two companies working on this:
