Living downtown... possible?

I'd love to move downtown or to the DTC... but most of the places I'm looking at have no garage. Has anyone ever done this? Seems very difficult but I figured someone has to have a few tips!

Simply move into one that is associated with a parking garage or as Ive done get a separate shop/garage space.Ive seen people have crates that they used for added security for the bike,
Anythings possible you just may have to be innovative.

I have warehouse space off I-70 & Quebec suitable for storing bikes, trailers, etc... only minutes from downtown.
