Welcome to Feb meeting
Not really a lot going on
firming up contracts
Contracts for HPR & PPIR are signed but the contract for Pueblo has not been signed
Pueblo doesn’t know who is going to be managing it.. we are on the schedule which is good but are unsure if it will happen
Judy Fasst was being considered not sure about that yet… Tony has someone he get’s info from but nothing is happening as of right now
PPIR & HPR confirmed
At HPR we are still doing full course, north course, full course, north course
We Race PPIR twice & Pueblo once hopefully
Scott Rybarik has stepped down from Rider Rep Press Contingency, he is going to work on his race program for next season
Thank you Scott for all of your hard work & dedication to the club
Scott has helped get things set up for the new race management system.
Kevin Finnegan has now stepped in as Rider Rep Press Contingency
Thank you Aaron Hearsh & Sam Coleman for applying for this position they did a great job in their interview. We had then do a mock write up Press Release, Plans for the position. They all did great!!
4hr endurance is Round 2….. last year we had it at Round 3. This year there was a conflict for schedule so we are working with what we can.

Abate Officer training meeting
About a week in a half ago we did a presentation at the Abate officer training meeting… Abate is a sponsor in the MRA
Aaron, Hot Carl, Louden, Kevin, Rachael & Jim were all there
We brought 1 of our new e-displays they were blown away by it… They are really Happy to be on board again this year

HPR needs more money soon & we also have the 2nd half of the Racewurx payment
We have retired the Gene Bazil fund.. it has now become the safety fund
Now that the money has been transferred we are writing a Check for the new 4 wheeler
Once licensing has opened Rachael will be a lot happier
We currently have around 28k
Chris Dale ?What is the contingency plan if the Racewurx system fails…??? Jim--we will go back to the old system we will have applications & entry forms
Tony has been doing some testing he has had a lot of success as of right now we are pretty close to having things up & running

Ray has been begging & pleading for money so we can get a new 4wheeler
We have had the same 4wheeler for 17yrs
The trailer got bigger so we needed a new one
Safety fund has $ 2829 in it & we have now spent 2800 for the new 4 wheeler
Kawasaki Brute 750 4x4, Got it from Tri-city Huge Thank You to them!!!
The safety fund is based on donations… If we don’t get donations we can’t buy some of the things that the Corner Worker & Equipment manager need to purchase things so the race day can run as smoothly as possible
Rider Reps:
• PR: Louden David – Public relations Rider Rep.
• Louden is the guy that you need to see if you would like to work off your Novice
• We were at the Motorcycle show & swap meet this last weekend… Abate invited us to share their booth. We had a great turnout spoke to a lot of people.
• Thank you ABATE for all of your support
• Would like to THANK ALL of the volunteers individually but can’t remember everyone’s name we had 12 or so volunteers…. several board members showed up as well to show support
• When we went to the Abate Officer training event we brought an e-display ABATE wants 10 displays to put out, they had a lot of questions but they really liked it
• Upcoming events
• International Auto Show in March…. Louden will be speaking with Glenn about the details
• If you would like to volunteer for this event or future events please watch for info on the Marketing & PR Forum
• If you would like to volunteer but are shy & don’t want to talk to people we have some 2 for 1’s left from last year that we need this seasons schedule put on them.
• Thank you Chris Burford provided us with stickers of this seasons schedule to put on the 2 for 1’s
• Have 2 boxes it takes about 4 hours to put the stickers on.. they do have to be straight so can’t drink too much
• Data collection
• We sent out an email to SuperStreet Rider was hard to analyze didn’t
• Why are people not becoming racers…. They said it’s too expensive… If you know of a way to become a racer & keep the costs down let Louden know so he can send out an email about it.
• CW email- Asking why they do it & If they have stopped why?
• Most do it for the racers not the money
• They Love being at the track & watching the racers
• If you see a CW at the track or an event talk to them buy them a beer
• They want to get to know he racers & have a good time too
• FB- New likes
• The marketing has grown
• If you see something on the FB page
• Share it on your page
• Huge THANK YOU to Chris Sorensen, Louden gave him a video & Chris did work on it & had it back to him in 1 day!!!

• Rulebook is done & finished
• Will post a version online without the advertisements, we will pull it down later to AD them.
• Carl was on people about banjo bolts & safety wire things; he will still be looking at those things this year.
• Safety wire your Cameras as well
• Please stay on things to make sure your bike is safe throughout the season
• Timing & Scoring
• Cleaning up the red flag portion of the Rulebook
• If you cause a red flag you will go to the end on the last completed lap… if you were 5th & there were 20 riders on the track but only 10 were on the 5th lap you would place 10th for the race.
• If there is a restart & you got your bike re-teched you would start from the back of the grid.
