I bought it last year from Mark Noodleman (sorry if I hacked the spelling) and ran it 4 or 5 races. He had it serviced right before he sold it to me. The rip cord clutch is jacked so I took it off and now you have to manually wrap the pull cord around the wheel and you re good to go! first $SOLD takes it.
