This is the removable model - the top comes off the base, which locks into your B&W turnover ball hitch in the bed. It also has an adapter for the round type of post for Cequent bases.
Anyway, it's less than a year old. Got it last year to pull our 5th wheel, did a great job, but we're buying a new truck with a different kind of hitch attachment in the bed. These run $850+tax new, so I think $700 is a fair price.
Excellent shape, and built like a damn tank. Weighs a couple hundred pounds when assembled, but in the two pieces it's manageable. I have all of the original documentation and other bits that came with it as well.
