Mouthpiece?

So I'm trying to finish up my "to do list" for the season and I started to think about wearing a small mouthpiece. What is everyone wearing? Where did you get it (Sports Authority, foot locker, etc?)

I know I can go to a dentist and get a thin custom made one but was wondering if there are any "off the shelf" alternatives.

I just use a hot water moldable type that you can get @ Sports Authority.

I seem to drop them occasionally - so I have ~3 that I bring to the track... so I have a spare if I drop it.
