Official 2013 MRA Rulebook to include the 4 hour endurance race.

Some improvements for 2013 include: Fully hot linked: The table of contents is clickable, as well as cross-references throughout, and the advertiser index.
Clickable advertiser links, if you click on an ad it will take you their site.
4 Hour Endurance rules are at the back of the rule book.
