Happy New Years MRA family from Marshal and Nicole, your faithful cornerworkers. I thought I might share with you an art project inspired by Nicole herself and materialized by artist and her father Nick. Nick's art mediums are numerous, and he custom casts many of his sculptures in bronze. He has made dozens of large metal artworks of TIG welded stainless, cast bronze, glass, stone, wood, etc... some weighing several hundred pounds. He has a couple works on display on Main St. in Grand Junction, and in Boulder City, NV. He is a very gifted artist, and I need to work on getting him a website.
Anyways, this is the latest of his "Women in Motion" series, and so far goes unnamed. The current piece is the first finished cast of this idea, but he envisions it different here and there, maybe bigger, who knows...
